😮 That’s a quite a beam. I’ve never seen something that tall n skinny. I imagined an I-beam or a chunky 6x12 or something. Modern engineering is so amazing. I’m so excited. I think that great room is going to be gorgeous. I can’t wait to see you celebrating Christmas!❤

lol electric lawn mowers are not quiet, there almost just as loud. I see that comparison alot. Gas is 95 db and electric is 75 db. A little quieter? sure

The wall with huge sliding doors - I loved when Jim said, I wouldn’t worry about that, just close it up and frame it. Nate worries so much and probably would stress. Thank you Jim for helping Nate. This house is a TASK with many underlying structure issues. ❤❤❤The renovation

Your getting all the things that are hidden done which takes the longest to do. The hidden things are what makes a home last longer and be much safer for your family. It is also so valuable life lessons to continue to build and repair things on your farm. Congrats to you on all y'all have done.

What an amount of structural work you are undertaking. The open-living room incorporating lounge, dining, kitchen sounds great but that beam will be a mammoth undertaking. So good of Jim to be helping and making this phase of the building go so quickly and well. Well done.

Ultimately, except for the roof, it's like you tore the whole house down and rebuilt it.
